Our pricing Structure
Home / Student Environments:
Prices here are from £50.00 per hour plus VAT (charged to the nearest quarter of an hour) We may not be the lowest price but we do get things working quickly - which means you end up paying a lower price. Our engineers have between 15 and 20 years (some more!!) experience each in computers. If we are travelling to you and our journey is more than 15 minutes, we charge £10.00 per 15 mins plus VAT (again - to the nearest 15 mins)
Business Users:
Pricing for businesses is £70.00 per hour plus VAT (charged to the nearest 15 mins) Again, travel is charged at the same rate of £10.00 per 15 mins plus VAT We also offer competitive half and full day rates. Please contact us for more information.
Fixed price work:
We will also be introducing charges on a fixed price basis - idela for those who wish to budget the amount of money they spend on computer repairs - if they are not posted here - please use the contact form for more information.
Support Agreements
We have a range of support agreements that we can adopt to suit the customers need.
